Shipping Information

Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • The cut-off time for orders is 11 AM.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • Flat fee of $9.95 for orders under $100.

Peak Season Delivery Times

  • Victoria: Approximately 3-6 working days
  • NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: Approximately 3-8 working days
  • WA, NT, TAS: Approximately 12-19 working days

All orders are shipped from Australia the next business day after full payment is received. Peepy Peeps uses various couriers to ensure efficient delivery at reasonable rates. To identify the courier linked to your tracking number, please check here.

Partnered Couriers

Australia Post

  • For items weighing 22kg or less: Shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel system.
  • Tracking: Each parcel includes a barcoded address label for tracking through Australia Post’s online tool. You will receive a consignment number for tracking on the Australia Post website.

Delivery Times:

  • Within the Same State:

    • Regular Parcel:
      • Within metropolitan areas or the same city: 3-4 days
      • Between a metropolitan area and country locations: 3-4 days
      • Between country locations: 4-5 days

  • To Other States:

    • Regular Parcel:
      • Between Melbourne/Sydney, Melbourne/Canberra, or Melbourne/Adelaide (metropolitan areas): 3-5 days
      • Between Melbourne/Brisbane or Melbourne/Tasmania (metropolitan areas): 4-8 days
      • To other interstate locations: Please inquire at your local office

Aramex

  • For items under 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel: Shipped via Aramex.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number upon dispatch.
  • Delivery Requirements: Aramex requires a non-PO Box address. Providing incorrect information will delay dispatch until accurate details are received from our customer service team.
